ZQ367 sewing machine can stably work at a high speed with outstanding oil supply system and advanced structure design. Meanwhile, the advanced overload safety clutch device can reduce accidents such as movement of rotating shuttle and displacement of gear, etc.

      In addition to traditional automation functions such as pneumatic presser foot lift and pneumatic reverse stitching, etc, this sewing machine also possesses two classical automation control technologies of more humanness: .

      The sensitive thickness detection system can realize automatic material thickness identification function. When sewing opening cloth, the sewing machine will loosen thread holder automatically; when sewing other parts, the sewing machine will fasten thread holder automatically. Therefore stitches are consistent and quality of container bags is improved. Besides, the thickness detection system will automatically adjust presser foot alternation according to sewing thickness, which provide the machine with superior sewing capacity and grade capacity to satisfy sewing requirements of container bags over 3 tons. 

      GSC-367D machine has automatic speed reduction function for manual backtracking. For manual backtracking, the maximum speed will be automatically reduced to speed ranges set in advance. The humanized design complies with effective cultivation requirements for new employees: the sewing speed can be reduced to some extent manually for new employees and it can be adjusted higher for skilled employees.
