SGB4-1/3 Sewing Machine for Extremely Thick Material with upper and lower Complex Feeding

SGB4-1/4-3 Large canvas Sewing machine adopts single needle oscillating shuttle to form lock stitches. It is used in sectors such as aviation, railway, automobile and watercraft and in tent & sail, leather products factories for the sewing of canvas, leather, left products such as tents,camps and saddles,main features.

     Up-and-down feed dog and alternating presser foot are adopts in this model. Such a structure ensures that the upper and lower layers will not displace upper any needle pics ,sewing slippery,sticky material or super long products so as to obtain orderly products with beautiful stitches. The link take-up system increase the speed of the main shaft and reduces noise, ensuring the quality of the whole machine and prolong service life. Oversize oscillating shuttle may be used to increase thread volume and to reduce number of times of thread change-over to enhance working efficiency.
